7DYC Program: DAY5

Hi to all!

It’s day 5 of our 7 day yoga program, welcome! Today we focus on the neck area but also on our breathing. Many of have tensions in the neck after sitting too long or working too much in front of a screen. The mind gets also confused more easily, we tend to over-think and get lost in our thoughts. Breathing exercises can helo to clarify the mind and find our inner truth again 🙂
