In this flow we will be focusing on a series of warrior poses (yeah, we know that, since it’s in the title, right?…. 😀 ). They work the core as well as the legs. They are not only strengthening but also making you more flexible in the side-body, shoulders and the legs. So it’s the whole care-pack for your body. Moreover they promote balance and help you to gain will-power and set your mind.
This flow is fast-paced but that is intended in order to create heat and power, so don’t despair. We only can grow, when we let our zone of comfort behind. 🙂
