So here you have it, the very first guided meditation. So for those of you who have never meditated: don’t worry, as always, I will be your guide and you don’t have to do anything special then breath 🙂
Topic of this meditation is actually to become aware what is happening in your mind and how it works. Sounds quite boring but just wait until you realise how much traffic there is in going on ALL THE TIME in your mind…
For those who want to understand meditation and the physiology behind it better, you’ll have to be a bit more patient with me, since I am already preparing a blog post about this subject. 🙂
